The Son

The son to be a curious individual, someone who loves to explore and loves to help in the story of The Crows. I want him to be the bright light shining on his parents life. This contrasts the feeling from when he disappears and causes a huge shift in story vibe.

In this version of the boy, I wanted him to be cute, with big eyes and unevenly chopped hair. Even though they live in poverty, I wanted him still to look bright and energetic.

Backstory

The son was born into a loving rice farmer family. He loved his parents and worked hard to make them happy. He was especially attached to his mom; seeing her smile gave him joy in life. When his mom became sick, he became extremely sad. One day, a crow came up to him as he was crying. It told him that he knew a way where their family could become healthy and happy again. The child believed it and followed the crow over the mountains. He never returns to the farm, but reunites with his parents in the afterlife.
